Les Chevaliers de la Table Ronde Wall Tapestry
From an inspired tapestry by William Morris (1836-1896), famous British artist and designer, woven towards 1980. This scene symbolizes the Quest for the Unicorn by King Arthur's legendary twenty-four knights. The Lion represents the most courageous knights who, having left their shields in the woods, have set out to seek the Unicorn, a mythical creature of the Middle Ages.

This tapestry is imported from France. French tapestries are well known for their sophistication, vibrant colors and design.
