If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. We accept all major credit cards, check or money order, PayPal Payments and Google Check Out.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
MedievalWare Return Policy
Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.
If you need to return an item
please contact our Returns Department by sending an RMA
request to returns@medievalware.com. You will be issued an RMA
number
and instructions on how to send your order back to us.
You must be issued a RMA# before you return your
order. We will credit your account within 48 hours of receiving your return.
