Medieval Ltd. owns the rights of the Medieval Ware logo, design, brand and the website written content. Other designs, logos, and/or graphics that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners. Any comments concerning possible breaches of the rights of intellectual property, as well as any of the contents of the website, can be made via email or through the contact us page on this website.
Orders ship from multiple locations. Shipping rates to the USA and Canada are calculated during checkout. In the cases of all other countries the shipping rates will vary based on the customer’s address. We invite customers based in these countries to contact us via email to find out what the shipping rates and the available ordering options are.
Our standard turnaround time varies in between 2 and 6 working days for most items and depends on the delivery address. Lead times may be longer for custom, handmade-to-order, out-of-stock (backorders) or limited edition items. Should you have any questions on lead times and availability, don’t hesitate to contact us.
All items leave the warehouse with packing in perfect condition. If the customer notices the package is damaged, it is IMPERATIVE that they enter this information the carrier’s delivery note indicating for example: “VISUALLY DAMAGED BOX”.
If any of the products were not available within the deadline announced, the customer will be contacted via email to communicate this issue. If the delivery took too long for the customer, a voucher or a reimbursement of a value equal to the full amount that’s been paid will be offered to the customer.
Medieval Ltd cannot be imputed to the effects of strikes, war or other circumstances beyond their control. Medieval Ltd is not liable for delays in customs clearance, or if local authorities decide to confiscate any element contained in the shipment.
Medieval Ltd assumes no responsibility in case a delivery cannot be made because the data provided by the customer is false, inaccurate or incomplete or if the delivery cannot be made or is delayed due to issues experienced by the shipping company however, should this ever happen, we’ll do all that is in our power to help our customers overcome these difficulties.
In the event that an order is not picked up by the customer and the merchandise is returned to the sender, any transportation costs have to be covered by the customer.
Depending on the country of destination, customs and import taxes may apply to certain orders. These costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend that customers check with the customs services of their country to learn more about any potential import cost. Import costs are not automatically calculated during the order process and are never included in the order total.
Medieval Ltd reserves the right to refuse to post to a certain area, where it considers that there is a high probability that the shipment cannot be delivered in good condition.
Customers are free to cancel their order at any time prior to shipping with no penalty of any kind. Please email us and have your name, order number and the date of the order ready. We’ll take care of it right away.
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to request to return it if they are not satisfied. All return requests must be done via email. Returns that have not previously been reported will not be accepted. The customer bears the shipping costs relative to items they wish to return. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The product must be free of any use or modification meaning that it has not been used, washed, altered or lost any of its components. Refunds may not be issued if items present clear signs of misuse, unreasonable wear, arrive in an unhealthy state or are not packaged correctly. Medieval Ltd shall inform the customer about the procedure to follow and the address to which returned items must be delivered. A refund will be issued within 2 working days after the returned item will be delivered to our premises. Customers also have the option to accept a voucher for future purchases, instead of receiving a refund. The customer must keep in mind that, sometimes, the product style may vary slightly due to changes in manufacturing of that product. Please refer to the next section of this document for defective or broken items.
All items offered on the website are new and completely original, unless otherwise noted in the description. In case of defective product, Medieval Ltd will replace the product or, if the customer prefers so, refund the customer fully or partially, depending on the nature of the defects. Any defective products must be reported within 3 business days from the date of delivery. Customers also have the option to accept a voucher for future purchases, instead of receiving a refund. Goods modified or repaired by the customer or any other unauthorized person are excluded from the warranty. Any defect or damage caused by improper use or manipulation or wear caused by abnormal use of a product will void the guarantee.
